How to Prepare Delicious Banana Mousse
ÂĽ cup low fat coconut milk
2 tbsp stevia 1 tsp sugar free vanilla extract
½ banana, mashed
1.5 cup Greek – style fat free strained yogurt
3 scoops whey protein
Slices of 1 banana
Preparation
1. Place coconut milk, stevia, whey protein, vanilla extract and banana mash in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Place in a mixing bowl and combine with strained yogurt.
3. Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours.
4. Spoon two tbsp. of the mixture in a serving plate or glass. Place some banana slices on top. Spoon two more tbsps of the mixture on top. Repeat the same procedure 2 more times (i.e. banana mixture – banana slices – banana mixture – banana slices).
5. Refrigerate.
