• 1tbsp chia seeds
• 1/2tsp cinnamon
• 150ml almond milk
• 1tbsp flaxseed (optional)
• 1/2 apple, grated (use the other half sliced on top!) (leave in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight)

toppings:
• mixed berries
